What will you be working on
The Service & Learning Excellence Department (SLD) is committed to driving service excellence in CPF Board; enhancing its productivity and service innovation. SLD plays an instrumental role in designing effective service strategies & initiatives (includes people, systems, technology, processes initiatives), strengthening the knowledge and service capability of the service work force, with the purpose of enhancing CPFB’s overall customer experience and internal service culture in an Easy, Effective, Empathetic and Empowering manner.
You will be joining the Service Strategy, Analytics & Resource Management team team who drives data-driven and AI-enabled service excellence through actionable insights and a strong data ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Leverage data analytics to conduct in-depth analyses of customer demand patterns, sentiments and behaviours to drive business decisions.
- Learn to develop suitable frameworks for data projects.
- Learn to develop suitable recommendations on identified issues.
- Get an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to introduce initiatives that would support the transformation of service delivery.
- Apply GenAI techniques to analyse ground sensing feedback and suggestion, identify service gaps and emerging needs and derive insights or opportunities on improving customer experiences.

Applicants should also:
- Currently be pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to switch modes between working independently and collaborating as a team.
- Experience with Python or SQL will be an added advantage.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug 2025 to May 2026.
