What will you be working on
The Service Centre Department (SCD), a vital component of the Customer Relations Group, comprises the Service Centre and Performance and Operations Support Unit. We pride ourselves on fostering an open, collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas and perspectives.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in creating copywriting, visuals, and various collaterals that effectively convey the key messages and benefits of the new initiatives and pilots
- Support initiatives with partner organisations (e.g. community organisations, government agencies) to amplify outreach of CPF services
- Support events with different partners to promote CPF services
Assist in monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of the communication efforts and identifying new opportunities/refinements.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma related to communications, marketing, design or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in such tools/software
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team and with different stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges/pick up new skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug 2025 - Dec 2025.
