What will you be working on
The Capability and Organisation Development team partners leaders in CPFB to nurture and maintain CPFB's organisational health and effectiveness to meet current and future demands and challenges.
In this role, you will

Design and develop an AI-powered solution that helps leaders address various organisational and leadership challenges effectively

Research and collate comprehensive resources on leadership development, team dynamics, and organisational behaviour

Create knowledge repositories and frameworks for common leadership challenges such as team formation, conflict resolution, and psychological safety

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand leadership pain points and translate them into AI-ready solutions

Develop and test prototype solutions that can provide leaders with real-time guidance and support
You will also be expected to participate and support in other departmental projects/events, when necessary.

- Currently pursuing studies related to Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
- Strong interest in the intersection of AI technology and organisational development
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and natural language processing
- Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to synthesise complex information
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
- Experience or interest in leadership development and organisational behaviour
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and basic programming concepts would be an advantage
- Knowledge of chatbot development or AI platforms would be beneficial
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug to Dec 2025.
