What you will be working on
The Human Resource Department (HRD) leads, plans and directs the Board's human resource management strategies, policies, programmes and operations; with the aim of attracting and building a competent, engaged and motivated workforce that is effective in meeting the Board's strategic vision and objectives. Our Human Resource Employer Branding team plays a pivotal role in shaping the identity and perception of CPF Board as an employer of choice. By strategically crafting and communicating our employer brand, this team cultivates a compelling narrative that resonates with current and potential employees, showcasing our authentic and unique culture, values, and opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content for CPF Board's social media channels, showcasing the company's culture, values, achievements, and employee experiences.
- Monitor and manage social media channels professionally, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
- Develop comprehensive Employer Branding guidelines and messaging frameworks for all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with CPF Board's unique identity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Corporate Communications to ensure visual and written elements align with branding guidelines and reflect the company's identity, whilst aligning employer branding efforts with overall corporate communication strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor practices, and employee perceptions, refining and strengthening the employer brand positioning.
- Support talent communication and employer branding initiatives, leverage Canva for designing communications, assist in executing employee engagement and LinkedIn publicity activities, and collaborate with the team on social media plans and posts for activities and campaigns.
- Provide assistance in administrative and ad-hoc projects for the Employer Branding Team.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in designing and developing branding guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and promoting employer brands.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise branding strategies.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from October 2025 to June 2026.
