What will you be working on

The Retirement Savings Department (RSD) oversees the Retirement Sum Topping Up Scheme, which helps members save up more for retirement. As a Business Analysis intern, you will have the opportunity to utilise both qualitative and quantitative data to analyse and improve our business processes and public materials to encourage top-ups and improve user experience.

In this role, you will: 

  • Engage key stakeholders to gather feedback/insights to understand the painpoints faced by members in their service journey
  • Analyse feedback from members and propose solutions to solve real-world problems
  • Conduct analysis of past top-up trends to inform future comms outreach

What are we looking for

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to switch modes between working independently and collaborating as a team.
  • Experience with Python will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in design-thinking is preferred.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025
