What will you be working on
The Retirement Savings Department (RSD) oversees the Retirement Sum Topping Up Scheme, which helps members save up more for retirement. As a Business Analysis intern, you will have the opportunity to utilise both qualitative and quantitative data to analyse and improve our business processes and public materials to encourage top-ups and improve user experience.
In this role, you will:
- Engage key stakeholders to gather feedback/insights to understand the painpoints faced by members in their service journey
- Analyse feedback from members and propose solutions to solve real-world problems
- Conduct analysis of past top-up trends to inform future comms outreach

- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to switch modes between working independently and collaborating as a team.
- Experience with Python will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in design-thinking is preferred.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025
