What will you be working on
The Nominations & Accounts Closure Department (NAC) helps members have peace of mind that, upon demise, their CPF monies will quickly be distributed to their nominees. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Withdrawal Team which is responsible for the disbursement of CPF monies to foreigners and beneficiaries of CPF members who passed away. You will utilise both qualitative and quantitative data to analyse and improve our team’s business processes to drive efficiency and enhance overall productivity. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing PowerBI dashboards, enabling data-driven decision making across NAC.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards
- Design and build interactive dashboards to visualise departmental-level data.
- Engage key stakeholders to gather insights/feedback
- Interview stakeholders, analyse existing horizontal business processes, and understand the strengths and inefficiencies of current processes.
- Conduct market research about industry trends, the latest technological trends and strategies to support re-engineered processes across different business functions.
- Redesign horizontal business processes to eliminate redundancies, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- A strong interest in improving operational efficiency and a desire to gain experience in modernising systems/ business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records (process mapping).
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and other process improvement frameworks is preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerBI
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025.
