What will you be working on
The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.
In this role, you will:
- Spearhead initiatives that make use of data to gather customer insights and improve customer experience.
- Work closely and communicating clearly with stakeholders on expectations and deliverables.
- Keeping abreast on current analytical trends and practices to improve existing processes.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in data and a desire to gain experience in data and project management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jul- Dec 2025.
