What will you be working on

The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.

In this role, you will: 

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and UiPath. 
  • Write and code automation scripts and programs to streamline administrative processes. 
  • Address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems.
  • Ensure that the automated processes are functioning correctly and efficiently through testing and validation procedures. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and documentation related to automated processes. 
  • Stay informed about the latest automation trends and practices to improve processes and systems.

What are we looking for

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field or a related field. 
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in tech automation process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025.
