What you will be working on
The Self-Employed Collections Department (SED) manages the collection of MediSave contributions from self-employed persons (SEPs), the collection of platform worker (PW) CPF contributions and the administration of the PW CPF Transition Support scheme. As a Notification Design Intern, you will support SED in optimising our notification approach and framework to motivate more SEPs to make their required MediSave contributions and build up their healthcare savings.
In this role, you will:

Learn how to analyse and draw insights from focus group discussions with SEPs, to inform the design of key notifications to SEPs

Learn how to design test scenarios and conduct user acceptance and post-implementation testing, to ensure smooth development of new notification templates – you will get the opportunity to work with in-house IT development teams and gain project management exposure

Learn to design and execute A/B tests, and apply measurement metrics to analyse effectiveness and response rate of the notifications

Get an opportunity to present to management on the findings and propose data-driven recommendations to improve the department’s notification strategy

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree related to communications, design thinking or a related field with good knowledge in data analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges
Position is on a full-time internship basis, preferably from July to December 2025. Candidates who can only start in August 2025 are also welcome to apply.
