What are we looking for

  • Strong research and analytical mindset with ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take initiative in tasks
  • Good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to transform technical concepts into simple, engaging content
  • Experience with digital content creation tools would be advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug 2025 - Dec 2025

What will you be working on

You will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, responsible for managing the risk in the organisation. The team plays a vital role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks that could impact the organisation's operations and our members' interests. For this role, you will be working closely with the team to promote a positive risk culture in the organisation. This entails the creation of interesting and engaging content to create awareness and capture the attention of CPF officers.

In this role, you will:

  • Enhance research and analytical skillset
  • Learn to use content development tools
  • Learn to work within a project management framework, including settling timelines, coordinating tasks and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines
  • Experience the process of managing organizational change, including user training, communication strategies
  • Embark in a multidisciplinary project including Risk Management, content creation and marketing.
