What will you be working on
The Business Incubator and Accelerator Department (BIA) is a key player in supporting the generation of innovative product concepts and business strategies through proficient cross-functional teams. The Innovation Team sits in the Business Incubator & Accelerator department. The team drives knowledge diffusion and builds a culture of innovation across CPF Board (CPFB) through a suite of programmes and initiatives, with a focus on tech adoption and a product mindset.In this role, you will:
- Tools on 8 & Productivity Initiatives – Drive engagement for Tools on 8, an initiative that helps boost staff’s work effectiveness by introducing and sharing productivity tools. This includes researching new tools, gathering insights from staff on their needs and use cases, and designing collaterals to showcase relevant tools. You’ll also help to develop engagement strategies to encourage adoption.
- Innovation Programmes Support – Assist in running and planning the Made-in-CPF Programme, an intrapreneurship programme that brings tech and non-tech staff together to develop digital prototypes addressing departmental pain points. This includes planning key milestone events (e.g. Appreciation Day), liaising with stakeholders across different levels, and supporting various aspects of the programme’s execution.
- Event & Stakeholder Engagement – Organise events and initiatives to enhance staff competencies, promote innovation, and showcase solutioning support while collaborating with other departments to drive innovation efforts across the organisation.
- Product Management Exposure – Gain hands-on experience in product management by shadowing product managers of in-house digital products. Assist in researching organisational needs, shaping product roadmaps, coordinating with developers and designers, and engaging stakeholders to maximise impact.
- User Testing & Feedback – Support user testing efforts for our in-house digital products by gathering user feedback and analysing insights to improve product usability and effectiveness.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug/Sep to Dec 2025.
