What will you be working on

The Retirement Savings Department – Top Up champions enhancing the retirement adequacy of Singaporeans through the Retirement Topping-Up Scheme (RSTU) and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme (MRSS). We oversee the administration of these schemes, which includes managing dynamic operations, delivering policy changes, and driving awareness and outreach initiatives.

In this role, you will: 

  • Assist in creating copywriting, visuals, and various collaterals that effectively convey the key messages and benefits of the schemes.  
  • Support initiatives with partner organisations (e.g. community organisations, government agencies) to amplify outreach. 
  • Support events and discussions with Union and employer representatives to promote tripartism. 
  • Support events such as talks, webinars and community events to promote greater awareness and understanding of the schemes. 
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of the outreach efforts and identifying new opportunities/refinements. 

What are we looking for

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma related to communications, marketing, design or a related field.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency in such tools/software 
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team and with external stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges/pick up new skills.  
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025.
