What will you be working on
The Business Incubator and Accelerator Office facilitates and catalyses the development of new product ideas and business models by small competent cross functional teams, creates/introduces fundamental enablers for the tech stack and carries out enterprise upskilling to help existing business models and products operate and scale intelligently and efficiently.
You will be working on a Made-In-CPF (MIC) product called docCentral. docCentral is a document creation platform designed to streamline the process of generating documents. It is currently used across the Whole-Of-Government and is looking to expand its use cases to more agencies.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with product management, engineering and design to discuss operational improvements and processes.
- Assist interested users in the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as they familiarise themselves with the product.
- Assist in analysing and collecting data to support product performance evaluation and decision making.
- Participate to conduct training and sharing sessions with prospective users.

- Currently pursuing Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems Management.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from Aug - Dec 2025.
