What will you be working on

Are you passionate about leadership development, training, events and making a real impact? Join us as a Leadership Development Programme Intern and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of key initiatives that shape our organisation’s future.

As an intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Event Success: Support the planning, management, and execution of dynamic training programmes and events, ensuring flawless delivery and coordination.

  • Creative Marketing Design: Take the lead on creating visually compelling marketing materials (posters, flyers, and digital assets) using Canva to publicise exciting events and initiatives that inspire participation.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including Management Associates, ensuring clear communication and alignment to drive programme success.

  • Implementation of Leadership Development Portal: Support in setting up/enhancing leadership development portal, including system configuration, and creating user-friendly guides for employee navigation and use.

  • Conduct Market Research: Research and identify relevant resources and courses to support leadership development.

  • Knowledge Management: Assist in archiving and organising records, helping to create a streamlined knowledge management system that supports continuous improvement.

What you’ll gain in this role:

Develop an understanding of the public service sector and the role of leadership development in a government agency.
  • Contribute to Meaningful Initiatives: Your work will directly impact the organisation’s ability to deliver top-quality training and development programmes, making a real difference to the team and the broader community.
