What will you be working on

The Collection Services Department Business oversees the end-to-end collection process of CPF contributions and ensures timely and accurate contributions through effective and efficient policies, processes and employer education.

In this role, you will support employer education initiatives and help employers understand their CPF obligations. Your work will focus on creating educational content that empowers employers to meet their CPF responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will:

  • Learn how to translate requirements into clear, user-friendly materials

  • Develop and implement e-learning modules that deliver clear and concise information

  • Lean how to manage stakeholder and collaborate across teams

  • Get an opportunity to curate and develop content for the public

What are we looking for

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.

  • Experience in design and content creation for animated videos

  • Proficiency in digital tools and e-learning platform  

  • Good project management skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Motion graphics and animation skill

  • Proficiency in:

    • Adobe After Effects

    • Adobe Animate 

    • Adobe Character Animation

  • Or alternative animation tools like: 

    • Canva Pro

    • Powtoon

    • Animaker

Position is on a full-time internship basis from May to Sep 2025
