What will you be working on

As a GenAI Engagement & Research Intern, you’ll be involved in:

  • Evangelising and supporting GenAI adoption throughout the organisation.
  • Developing content and programmes (e.g. newsletters, roadshows, workshops) to level-up staff across the organisation in understanding of GenAI fundamentals, building of customised assistants and applying GenAI evaluations.
  • Researching and staying up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI (e.g. AI agents & agentic workflow, GenAI evaluation)
  • Partnering with users to provide guidance on how to better harness GenAI for their use cases.

What are we looking for

While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing content that is able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience simply and clearly.

  • Intellectually curious, able to pick up new skills quickly, and have a genuine interest in technology.

  • Good independent time and task management skills, with ability to work collaboratively on initiatives.

  • No specific field of study or technical background required, but a solid understanding of GenAI concepts (e.g. how Large Language Models work, what in-context learning does) and prompt engineering techniques is recommended.

  • Some familiarity with Python coding on Jupyter notebooks will be advantageous.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from May - Dec 2025
