What will you be working on
The Collection Services Department Business oversees the end-to-end collection process of CPF contributions and ensures timely and accurate contributions through effective and efficient policies, processes and employer education.
In this role, you will support employer education initiatives and help employers understand their CPF obligations. Your work will focus on creating educational content that empowers employers to meet their CPF responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
In this role, you will:

Develop and implement e-learning modules that deliver clear and concise information

Lean how to manage stakeholder and collaborate across teams

Get an opportunity to curate and develop content for the public
