What will you be working on
As a Human Resource Career Development Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Career Development Planning: Brainstorm and develop initiatives to enhance career development opportunities for officers
- Conduct Market Research: Research and identify relevant resources and courses for different profiles of officers to support career development and enhancement of employee experience.
- Development of Career Pathway: Support the development of career pathways, including research on industry trends/benchmark, mapping out progression routes, and aligning with organisational structure and needs.
- Implementation of Career Portals: Support in setting up/enhancing career development portal, including system configuration, and creating user-friendly guides for employee navigation and use.
- Involvement in various staff engagement initiatives: Plan and coordinate activities and initiatives to engage various groups of staff.
- Design Collaterals and Communication Materials: Create collaterals and communication/branding materials to support the HR initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in career development planning and designing of employee experience initiatives.
- Develop research skills to identify various resources for different employee profiles.
- Acquire practical knowledge in enhancing employee experience through targeted initiatives.
- Learn to create effective communication materials for HR initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of the public service sector and the critical role of HR in a government agency.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field

- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May to Aug 2025.
