What you will be working on
The Social Media and Digital Marketing (SMDC) Team plays a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimising content to achieve CPF Board's goals. By producing meaningful and informative content, you will help Singaporeans understand the importance of CPF in their financial planning and retirement readiness.
In this role, you will:
- Execute the strategic roadmap for communication through digital and social media content for the Board, with a particular focus on creating compelling, integrated, and effective native experiences for our members.
- Produce engaging TikTok videos, Instagram stories, static posts, etc.
- Foster and nurture community engagement across social media platforms.
- Enhance visibility and engagement of CPF Board's Social Media Platforms and Content through targeted strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee collaborations with external content creators and social media agencies.
What are we looking for
We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital and social media.
- Copywriting experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video and photography skills, and knowledge of social media, content management, and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) are advantageous.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to April 2027.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce and submit a TikTok video covering any CPF scheme of their choice, for the team's assessment.
