What you will be working on
The Accounts and Accumulations Department (AAD) is responsible for maintaining CPF members' accounts, ensuring accuracy, security, and operational excellence. As part of AAD, you will support the development of quality applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance processes. Through this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in application development, leveraging emerging technologies, and contributing to impactful projects that benefit millions of CPF members.
In this role, you will:
- Develop applications that address real-world challenges for CPF members.
- Collaborate with teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Explore the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate tasks, enhance processes, and innovate within an enterprise setting.
- Work across disciplines with analysts, developers, and testers.
- Gain exposure to enterprise-level development practices and tools while solving impactful problems.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Development experience, preferably in Java, Spring Batch, Python.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding or interest in GenAI usage and prompt engineering.
- Interested in learning about software development and application design.
- Ability to adapt between working independently and collaborating effectively in a team.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to August 2026.
