What you will be working on
The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions to enhance customer service operations, and/or solve real-life problems.
- Build and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve AI responses by incorporating our internal knowledge base and documentation.
- Maintain and enhance existing Generative AI and LLMs technologies, with emphasis on prompt engineering, functionalities and user experience.
- Develop and implement testing frameworks to evaluate model performance, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Has proficiency in GPT, Llama, Next.js, FastAPI, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in deploying products/systems to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in AI, LLM, ML, tech automation process, and data analytics.
- Interested in developing problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
- Pays attention to detail and maintains accurate records.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from March 2026 to July 2026.
