What you will be working on
Under the Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD), the Corporate Application team plays a vital role in developing, maintaining and operating the CPF Customer Engagement Platform. This platform enables CPF staff to handle requests and enquiries from various engagement channels, including email, portal, voice calls and text messaging, to serve the public effectively. The platform also features a public-facing portal where citizens can access information about CPF schemes through published FAQs and track their submitted enquiries.
In this role, you will:
- Apply your theoretical knowledge from academia, particularly in software development and problem-solving, to real-world projects. You will participate in all aspects of the development methodology, from planning and code development to testing support and implementation (where possible within the internship period).
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including business users and IT professionals, to gain practical insights into managing complex projects.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Development experience in Cloud Solutions, GenAI, or AWS services (knowledge of Java, Python, large language models or Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous).
- Understanding of DevOps processes.
- Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for gaining hands-on experience.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with effective team working abilities.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to August 2026.
