What you will be working on

The Investment Management Department (IMD) is responsible for managing the in-house reserve funds, with assets under management including equities and bonds. You will start by gaining technical knowledge from BIA (Business Incubator and Accelerator Department), which will prepare you to assist, under the guidance of your supervisor, in integrating essential components into the IMD’s technology framework. Depending on the outcomes of your learning with BIA, the skills you acquire may also be applied to other departments within CPF, allowing you to enhance the learning/expertise through practical experience. 

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate on the development of Low Code Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Creation of Programming bots by designing, building, testing, and configuring automation workflows.
  • Develop AI fabrics, prototypes, and proof of concepts to enhance intelligent process automation.

 

What are we looking for

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Has understanding of software development concepts or experience with any programming or scripting language is a plus.
  • Interested in Intelligent Process Automation and eager to learn how to build solutions using low-code platforms.
  • Open to learning all stages of software development, from planning to deployment.
  • Pays attention to details and interested in developing problem-solving skills.
  • Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
  • Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
  • Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to August 2026.
