What you will be working on
The Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD) manages CPF Board's digital systems for member engagement and corporate applications. The department ensures these systems meet external members' needs and internal corporate requirements whilst adhering to the Board's and Government Instruction Manual guidelines Through this work, CDD enhances CPF members' experience and enables CPFB staff to effectively deliver new projects, implement schemes and conduct daily operations that help Singaporeans save through CPF.
In this role, you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of digital initiatives by working with our Senior Team Lead, developing understanding of system architecture, networks, programming, and software development lifecycle through hands-on experience.
- Discover how our queue management system (IQMS) operates across five service centres whilst gaining practical knowledge of how these systems are built and maintained.
- Gain hands-on experience with real systems and learn practical troubleshooting skills, playing an active role in issue identification and resolution.
- Help monitor our appointment booking system (OAS) and observe how digital solutions improve user experience, whilst working directly with vendors to understand technical implementations.
- Participate in meetings with technology vendors and observe how IT projects are implemented in the real world, with opportunities to recommend improvements to processes and technical approaches.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

- Willingness to explore and learn new software, systems, or digital tools.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to August 2026.
