What will you be working on
The Human Resource Department (HRD) leads, plans and directs the Board's human resource management strategies, policies, programmes and operations; with the aim of attracting and building a competent, engaged and motivated workforce that is effective in meeting the Board's strategic vision and objectives.
As an intern within the Talent Acquisition Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment, programme management and human resources.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment events and activities for early careers programmes.
- Support the development and implementation of program strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top undergraduates.
- Assist with candidates/interns sourcing, screening, and managing administrative tasks essential to the hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Participate in programme logistics, including event planning, communication efforts, and ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates/interns and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for programme operations, including data management, candidate tracking, and generating insightful reports.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional efforts.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement initiatives to optimise the early career hires' experience and program effectiveness.

Position is on a full-time internship basis from December 2025/January 2026 to June 2026.
