What you will be working on
The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.
As a Business Process Automation Intern, you will play a key role in streamlining administrative processes through technology solutions, helping to improve efficiency and productivity within the Customer Contact Centre.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the team to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and UiPath.
- Write and code automation scripts and programs to streamline administrative processes.
- Address challenges that may arise during the planning, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Ensure that the automated processes are functioning correctly and efficiently through testing and validation procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and documentation related to automated processes.
- Stay informed about the latest automation trends and practices to improve processes and systems.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to June 2026.
