What you will be working on
You will join the Corporate Digital Applications Department (CDD), which manages CPF Board's digital systems for member engagement and corporate applications. The department ensures these systems meet external members' needs and internal corporate requirements whilst adhering to the Board's and Government IM guidelines. Through this work, CDD enhances CPF members' experience and enables CPFB staff to effectively deliver new projects, implement schemes and conduct daily operations that help Singaporeans save through CPF.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain and enhance our AWS-based contact centre system through daily operations, configuration management and performance monitoring, ensuring reliable service delivery for officers and the public.
- Develop technical solutions and system improvements using AWS Contact Centre tools and API integrations, while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational needs and enhance user experience through participation in operational meetings and close collaboration with team members.
- Support quality assurance testing, deployment activities and system health checks to maintain and optimise our contact centre infrastructure.
- Develop professionally in a supportive environment while working on meaningful projects that directly impact public service delivery, with regular opportunities for knowledge sharing.
What are we looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and exposure AWS, particularly in contact centre solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python and or C# .NET, with API integration experience will be preferred.
- Interested in developing problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing. Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to June 2026.
