What you will be working on
The Data Science Accelerator Department (DSA) drives the pervasive use of data across CPF Board to aid policy and operational decision making by providing a consolidated view of good quality data, effective governance, strong data science capabilities and modern data infrastructure and tools.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand challenges and designing data-driven and business-centric solutions.
- Assist in data collection, preparation, processing, and exploration tasks.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of machine learning/AI models/Gen AI solutions.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows e.g. MLOps.
- Conduct research and preparing materials on data science for training purposes, including visual narratives or infographics.
- Present findings and insights through data visualizations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contributing ideas to ongoing projects.
- Provide support for data-related activities.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Has experience using analytics tools such as Python or R.
- Understands data science and machine learning concepts.
- Pays attention to details and interest in developing problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from December 2025 – May 2026.
