What you will be working on
Under the Risk Management Department (RMD), you will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, responsible for managing the risk in the organisation. The team plays a vital role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks that could impact the organisation's operations and our members' interests. For this role, you will be working closely with the team to promote a positive risk culture in the organisation. This entails the creation of interesting and engaging content to create awareness and capture the attention of CPF officers.
In this role, you will:
- Enhance research and analytical skillset.
- Learn to use content development tools.
- Learn to work within a project management framework, including settling timelines, coordinating tasks and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Experience the process of managing organizational change, including user training, communication strategies.
- Embark in a multidisciplinary project including Risk Management, content creation and marketing.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to research and analyse information from multiple sources to support risk assessment and communication efforts.
- Basic understanding of risk concepts and willingness to learn more about enterprise risk management.
- Experience with digital content tools will be a plus.
- Ability to create clear, engaging content aimed at different audiences to promote awareness and positive risk culture.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing. Able to explain complex ideas simply.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to May 2026.
