What you will be working on
The Data Science Accelerator Department (DSA) drives the pervasive use of data across CPF Board to aid policy and operational decision making by providing a consolidated view of good quality data, effective governance, strong data science capabilities and modern data infrastructure and tools. As one of the frontrunners in GenAI amongst Government agencies, the CPF Board is committed to harnessing GenAI to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our work. You will join our Data Science Accelerator department and will work as part of our cross-functional GenAI Core Team. Comprising of officers from various departments, the GenAI Core Team drives GenAI research, training and tooling initiatives across CPF Board.
In this role, you will:
- Partner business users on developing GenAI solutions for actual business use cases.
- Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI, including Agentic AI and GenAI Evaluation.
- Develop content and programmes such as newsletters, roadshows, and workshops to level-up staff across the organisation in understanding of GenAI fundamentals, building of customised assistants and applying GenAI evaluations.
- Evangelise and support GenAI adoption throughout the organisation.
- Lead workshops and discussions where comfortable, gaining hands-on involvement in developing engagement initiatives for a large organisation.
What are we looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- Has some experience with Python coding, especially using Jupyter notebooks.
- Has a basic understanding of GenAI concepts like Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
- Interested in developing problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing. Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to June 2026.
