What you will be working on
The Human Resource Department (HRD) leads, plans and directs the Board's human resource management strategies, policies, programmes and operations; with the aim of attracting and building a competent, engaged and motivated workforce that is effective in meeting the Board's strategic vision and objectives. Our Human Resource Employer Branding team plays a pivotal role in shaping the identity and perception of CPF Board as an employer of choice. By strategically crafting and communicating our employer brand, this team cultivates a compelling narrative that resonates with current and potential employees, showcasing our authentic and unique culture, values, and opportunities. As our Intern, you will help to drive our mission to be an employer of choice, empowering us to attract, retain, and inspire exceptional talent.
In this role, you will:
- Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content for CPF Board's social media channels and employee experience communications, showcasing the company's culture, values, achievements, and employee experiences. Monitor and manage social media channels professionally, fostering positive online and internal communities.
- Support the implementation and coordination of key employer branding and employee experience initiatives, including the board-wide pulse survey, CPFB Champions Programme activities, and cross-sector networking events that position CPFB as an employee experience leader.
- Assist with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaign development and rollout, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual and written communications align with existing Employer Branding guidelines and messaging frameworks across all channels.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor practices, and employee feedback to support strategic decision-making and strengthen employer brand positioning.
- Provide hands-on support through design work using Canva and other platforms, execute employee engagement activities, and support administrative and ad-hoc projects for the EBEX team.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in designing and developing branding guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and promoting employer brands.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise branding strategies.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to June 2026.
