What you will be working on
The Media and Publicity Department (MPD) strengthens CPFB's reputation, sustain Singaporean's trust in CPFB schemes and systems, and influence behavioural change in members. Inform, educate, and help Singaporeans understand the benefits and options they have with CPF through campaigns and mainstream, social and digital media so that they can make the best use of their savings to build a strong foundation for their retirement.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support to the team on integrated marketing communications initiatives for the Board, including but not limited to marketing research, campaign management and media planning.
- Produce campaign publicity materials for internal communications during campaign launches and ad hoc requests.
- Provide secretariat support for proof-reading committee by assigning translation tasks to proofreaders to check for accuracy and nuancing of translated materials.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of marketing communications (both offline and digital), research, creative and media-buy processes as well as preparation of marketing reports to track progress/impact of marketing initiatives.
- Familiar with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to do copywriting.
- Meticulous and possess a strong eye for design with ability to present information in clear and concise manner across a range of communication platforms creatively.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Creative self-starter who is also able to work effectively in a team.
- Adept at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to June 2026.
