What you will be working on
The Capability and Organisation Development (COD) team partners leaders in CPFB to nurture and maintain CPFB's organisational health and effectiveness to meet current and future demands and challenges. We provide advisory and support to Senior Management to build a workforce that is engaged and competent with effective leaders that build high performing teams and a learning culture for organisation effectiveness and sustainability.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop an AI-powered solution that helps leaders address various organisational and leadership challenges effectively.
- Research and collate comprehensive resources on leadership development, team dynamics, and organisational behaviour.
- Create knowledge repositories and frameworks for common leadership challenges such as team formation, conflict resolution, and psychological safety.
- Develop and test prototype solutions that can provide leaders with real-time guidance and support.
- Participate and support in other departmental projects and events when necessary.
What we are looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has some experience in leadership development and organisational behaviour.
- Comfortable working with data and keen to learning basic programming or data analysis tools.
- Interested in exploring how AI technology can support and improve organisational development.
- Keen to learn about emerging technologies like chatbots and AI platforms, and how they can be applied in the workplace.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing. Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to May 2026.
