What you will be working on
The Corporate Digital Services Department (CDD) develops robust and agile internal systems to support our staff in their daily work. This ensures corporate responsibilities are executed effectively, enabling us to serve our customers, members and employers with excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Learn to design and implement user-centric solutions within the Microsoft Office ecosystem, specifically focusing on Outlook integration.
- Gain hands-on experience in user interface design and user experience principles for enterprise applications.
- Develop skills in gathering and analysing user requirements for meeting scheduling workflows.
- Lean to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.
- Learn how to balance user needs with technical constraints in a large organisation setting.
- Get an opportunity to interact with and present to senior management.
What are we looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Understands basic principles of user interface design and good practices.
- Familiar with basic ideas around enterprise software and how systems connect.
- Interested in building tools or solutions that make work easier or more efficient. Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2026 to May 2026.
