What you will be working on
The Media and Publicity Department (MPD) strengthens CPFB's reputation, sustain Singaporean's trust in CPFB schemes and systems, and influence behavioural change in members. We inform, educate, and help Singaporeans understand the benefits and options they have with CPF through campaigns and mainstream, social and digital media so that they can make the best use of their savings to build a strong foundation for their retirement. The Performance, Insights and Optimisation team plays a critical role in engendering behavioural changes, perception shifts and optimising performance of our marketing efforts aimed at helping CPF members.
In this role, you will:
- Write and refine engaging, conversion-focussed copy for eDMs, native advertisements, and other digital marketing assets.
- Support the editorial team to write educational articles for the CPF Educational Resources section on the CPF website.
- Develop multiple copy variations for A/B tests to test different messaging styles, Call To Actions, and subject lines.
- Source relevant content, insights, and trends to enhance eDM campaigns.
- Assist in developing eDM content strategy to achieve campaign objectives.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
What are we looking for

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Business or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, especially those related to email marketing, content marketing and digital advertising.
- Ability to write persuasive, audience-focused marketing copy.
- Willingness to experiment on different content approaches and styles, including the use of AI tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts or conversion optimisation tactics in marketing would be preferred.
- Experience in research methods or graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop) would be advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Writing samples might be requested should you be selected for an interview.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from August 2026 to December 2026.
