What you will be working on
The Nominations & Accounts Closure Department (NAC) manages the CPF nomination scheme, the disbursement of CPF bequests to nominees and beneficiaries, as well as the closure of foreign members' accounts.
As part of NAC, you will support marketing, publicity, and other operational activities that create awareness and educate CPF members on the benefits of making their CPF nominations.
In this role, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience executing publicity activities in a real-world public sector environment.
- Develop an understanding of how different considerations, such as audience, policy, and stakeholder needs, can shape and influence publicity work.
- Collaborate and learn to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Have the opportunity to interact with and present findings or recommendations to senior management.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Some experience or keen interest in marketing and publicity.
- Experience or keen interest in event management.
- Experience or keen interest in gathering and analysing feedback, such as through implementing surveys and feedback forms.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Creative and proactive in solving problems.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from August 2026 to December 2026.
