What will you be working on
The Social Media and Digital Content (SMDC) team plays a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimising content to achieve CPF Board’s goals. By producing meaningful and informative content, you will help Singaporeans understand the importance of CPF in their financial planning and retirement readiness.
In this role, you will:
- Execute the strategic roadmap for communication through digital and social media content for the Board, with a particular focus on creating compelling, integrated, and effective native experiences for our members. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of digital and social media marketing to various segments of the population and learn to effectively manage agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Produce engaging TikTok videos, Instagram stories, static posts, etc.
- Foster and nurture community engagement across social media platforms.
- Enhance visibility and engagement of CPF Board’s social media platforms and content through targeted strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee collaborations with external content creators and social media agencies.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication studies, or a related field.
- A strong interest in digital and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
- Copywriting experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video and photography skills, and knowledge of social media, content management, and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) are advantageous.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from December 2025 - December 2026
