What you will be working on
The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is a critical part of the Customer Relations Group, consisting of three key teams: Customer Correspondence Unit, Call Centre, and Performance and Operations Support Unit. The working atmosphere at CCC is friendly and collaborative, and staff are encouraged to ask questions, suggest new ideas and share opinions.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions to enhance customer service operations and solve real-life problems.
- Maintain and enhance existing Generative AI and LLM technologies, with emphasis on prompt engineering, functionality, and user experience.
- Execute communications and outreach initiatives to promote product awareness amongst CPFB internal users through demos, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Support product adoption by engaging with user groups to gather feedback, conduct onboarding and training sessions, and identify improvement opportunities.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Has experience with GPT, Llama, Next.js, FastAPI, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in deploying products/systems to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology and eager to gain experience in AI, LLM, ML, tech automation processes, and data analytics.
- Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Pays attention to detail and maintains accurate records.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Eager to take on new challenges and drive product success.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to December 2026.
