What you will be working on
Cloud Services & Support Department (CSS) provides Infrastructure and Platform Services to enable strategic cloud adoption for Application Modernisation and Digitalisation. As the backbone of our digital transformation, the team ensures the seamless operation of the CPF website and CPF Mobile App.
As a Site Reliability Intern, you will join a dynamic engineering team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure of CPF's digital storefront. You will play a key role in ensuring our services remain resilient, scalable, and ready to serve the public.
In this role, you will:
- Cloud Operations: Support the management of CPF's Azure Cloud environment and refine DevOps CI/CD workflows to ensure rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Infrastructure & Automation: Maintain high availability and system reliability by implementing Automation-first solutions and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to optimise operational efficiency.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with skilled engineers and developers to solve complex technical challenges while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure DevOps.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Foundational knowledge or experience with Terraform to manage and version infrastructure.
- CI/CD Awareness: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment principles and a passion for automating manual processes.
- Containerization knowledge: A solid understanding of Kubernetes and the ability to work with containerised application environments.
- Cloud Fundamentals: Basic proficiency in Azure Cloud Services and an interest in exploring cloud-native architectures.
- Interested in developing problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to August 2026 / August 2026 to December 2026.
