What you will be working on
The Collection Services Department (CSD) plans, improves and drives collection services for employers making monthly CPF contributions and members making voluntary CPF top-up. The department oversees the end-to-end collection process of CPF contributions and ensures timely and accurate contributions through effective and efficient policies, processes and employer education.
In this role, you will support employer education initiatives and help employers understand their CPF obligations. Working collaboratively with the team, you will develop and implement e-learning modules that deliver clear and concise information.
In this role, you will:
- Create engaging scripts for educational videos that translate complex CPF concepts into clear, accessible content for employers.
- Develop animated videos using the Animaker platform to enhance employer understanding of CPF obligations and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure content meets educational objectives and quality standards.
- Assist in curating and developing content for public-facing educational materials.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Media, Design, or a related field. A Degree in technology is not required but can be helpful.
- Basic familiarity with digital content creation tools, or a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Has a good aesthetic eye and visual design sense for creating engaging video content.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from June 2026 to December 2026.
