What you will be working on
The Design Excellence Centre (DXC) plays a crucial role in shaping digital experiences for CPF members. We collaborate with departments across the organisation to create and enhance digital services that are intuitive, accessible, and user-centred.
In this role, you will:
- Understand requirements and generate creative design ideas that meet user needs.
- Design user experience artefacts including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Organise and update design documentation to maintain project clarity and consistency.
- Assist with user research activities and workshops to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
What are we looking for
We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Design, Digital Media, User Experience, or related fields with foundational design knowledge.
- Portfolio demonstrating 2-3 design projects (school or personal projects are welcome).
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and processes.
- Familiarity with Figma and other collaborative design tools.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design deliverables.
- Skills in illustration, frontend coding, or service design would be advantageous.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Eager to learn and develop design skills in a professional environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to December 2026.
