What you will be working on
Under the Risk Management Department, the Business Continuity Management Team is responsible for ensuring that CPFB can continue its essential CPF services during and after a disaster or other disruptive event. This involves developing and implementing plans to maintain operations, manage risks, and recover from incidents. The section works to identify potential threats, assess their impact, and create strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, it collaborates with various teams across the organisation to ensure that business processes and systems are resilient and can be restored in a timely manner. Overall, the Business Continuity section plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organisation's ability to function effectively in the face of adversity.
In this role, you will:
- Work on organisation-wide Business Continuity table-top exercise by assisting in table-top exercise planning.
- Coordinate discussions, and document exercise scope, scenarios, and injects.
- Assist in the design and preparation of briefing/training and survey materials for exercise participants.
- Provide logistics support for the conduct of exercises.
- Assist in analysing survey results, preparing post-exercise reports, and presentation materials.
- Work on Business Continuity Objectives review by assisting in the preparation of templates for the review.
- Assist in consolidating and preparing materials to guide departments in performing their review.
- Assist in documenting the departments' submissions and prepare reports for the Business Continuity Management Committee (BCMC) for approval.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management or Information Technology, or a related field.

- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to August 2026.
