What you will be working on
Our Human Resource Development team plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to help us achieve our organisational goals. As a Human Resource (Career Readiness) Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in shaping and enhancing the employee experience journey through innovative contributions. Additionally, you will have the chance to support our career development initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in fostering professional growth within our organisation.
As a Human Resource (Career Readiness and Talent Management) Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Engagement Initiatives: Support the planning and facilitation of talent engagement platforms such as fireside chats, dialogue sessions, and sharing sessions with senior leadership to enhance leadership visibility and career conversations with officers.
- Career Development Resources: Develop and curate career development materials (e.g. talent guidebooks, career playbooks, development resources) to support officers in navigating their career pathways and growth opportunities.
- HR Process Automation: Support efforts to streamline HR workflows through automation tools to improve efficiency in talent management processes.
- Communications & Collaterals: Design communication materials and engagement collaterals to promote talent initiatives and enhance staff participation.
What we are looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong design and creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging collaterals and communication materials for HR initiatives.
- A strong interest in career development and designing employee experience.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Pays attention to detail and maintains accurate records.
- Approaches problems with a flexible mindset and adjusts when project needs change.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to August 2026.
