What you will be working on
The Retirement Decumulation Systems Department (RDD) plays a pivotal role in applications development to help us achieve our organizational goals. As an IT Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in developing applications that helps our business users in their course of work.
In this role, you will:
- Applications Development: Collaborate with the project team to develop application programs in existing programming languages or on IT platforms currently used in the Board.
- Automation and GenAI: Use automation and GenAI tools (e.g. UiPath, Pair) to perform test automation or code comparison to ensure quality development.

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Programming skills in Java, Spring, Angular would be advantageous.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in applications development and learn new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to August 2026.
