What you will be working on
The Retirement Savings Department – Top Up champions enhancing the retirement adequacy of Singaporeans through the Retirement Topping-Up Scheme (RSTU) and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme (MRSS). We oversee the administration of these schemes, which includes managing dynamic operations, delivering policy changes, and driving awareness and outreach initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in creating copywriting, visuals, and various collaterals that effectively convey the key messages and benefits of the schemes.
- Support initiatives with partner organisations (e.g. community organisations, government agencies) to amplify outreach.
- Support events and discussions with Union and employer representatives to promote tripartism.
- Support events such as talks, webinars and community events to promote greater awareness and understanding of the schemes.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of the outreach efforts and identifying new opportunities/refinements.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in design tools/software.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools or social media platforms.
- Interested in storytelling and clear communication to help people understand important information.
- Comfortable working with different teams and external partners, open to learning from others.
- Writes and edits clearly and carefully.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from May 2026 to August 2026.
