What you will be working on
The Capability & Organisation Development Department (COD) partners leaders in CPFB to nurture and maintain CPFB's organisational health and effectiveness to meet current and future demands and challenges. We provide advisory and support to Senior Management to build a workforce that is engaged and competent, with effective leaders that build high-performing teams and a learning culture for organisation effectiveness and sustainability. As part of the Leadership Development team, you will support the development and communication of leadership initiatives that shape how leaders at CPF Board grow, lead, and inspire.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop communications materials to help supervisors understand CPF Board's leadership language and initiatives, including topics such as Generative Leadership and new leadership competencies.
- Research and curate learning resources tailored to supervisors at different levels, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with leadership competencies.
- Create microlearning content such as short videos and interactive slides to support bite-sized, engaging learning experiences for leaders.
- Enhance and maintain the leadership portal to ensure it remains a useful and up-to-date resource for supervisors.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of leadership programmes and related events.
What are we looking for

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experienced in or familiar with graphic design and visual communication, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
- Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Interested in learning and development or organisational development topics.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027.
