What you will be working on
The AI Enablement Office (AEO) drives the adoption of AI across CPF Board by developing, managing, and scaling in-house AI products that help teams work more effectively. As a Product Management Intern in AEO, you will work closely with Product Managers to support the day-to-day operations of our AI products, from product planning and stakeholder engagement to adoption, communications, and product documentation.
In this role, you will:
- Product Management & Delivery
Work alongside Product Managers to support the planning and delivery of AEO's AI products. This includes maintaining product backlogs, tracking priorities and action items, coordinating stakeholders, supporting roadmap planning, and monitoring progress against key milestones. - Product Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in stakeholder discussions, product reviews, user engagements, and planning sessions. Support the gathering and analysis of user feedback to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement. You may assist with user research, journey mapping, wireframes, mock-ups, and other activities that help shape effective product experiences. - Product Communications & Adoption
Support the creation of product communications, demos, user guides, showcase materials, management updates, and other collaterals. You will also support the translation of product and technical concepts into audience-friendly content.

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a Degree in technology is not required but can be helpful.
- Interest in innovation and technology, with curiosity and willingness to explore new tools, platforms, and initiatives; technical knowledge is a plus, as it enables you to build workflows for certain use cases, better understand the architecture and capabilities of digital products, and communicate these effectively to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in user research and testing, including designing surveys or feedback mechanisms, analysing user behaviour and adoption patterns, and providing actionable insights to improve digital products.
- Able to perform data analysis and comfortable working with datasets to evaluate the performance, adoption, and impact of current initiatives, including cleaning and organising data, identifying trends or gaps, and presenting findings through clear visualisations or reports to inform decision-making and future strategies.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively across teams and departments, building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing, with the ability to develop compelling content for different audiences; comfortable presenting ideas and, if keen, taking on a facilitation role in events, workshops, or discussions.
- Creative and proactive mindset for content creation, event planning, and productivity initiatives.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027.
