What you will be working on
The Home Protection and Education Department (HED) administers the Education Loan Scheme, which allows members to use their Ordinary Account savings to finance their dependants’ subsidised tuition fees at Approved Educational Institutions. - Assist with project activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing, user journey reviews, feedback collection, requirements gathering and documentation, data analysis, research and benchmarking, survey administration and analysis, as well as project coordination and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital services and IT teams, and participate in discussions and project meetings to support ongoing initiatives.
- Document meeting discussions, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders as required.
- Support the administration of the CPF Education Loan Scheme, including applications, repayments, and enforcement follow-up.
- Assist with case management and other operational processes.
- Participate in operational activities and discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the scheme’s policies, processes, and administration.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AI and automation tools would be an advantage.
- Interested in or familiar with project management, business analysis, or scheme administration.
