What you will be working on
Accounts Information & Services (AIS) department plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of CPF members' CPF accounts and personal particulars records, as well as ensuring the provision of accurate data and services to CPF members, internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Support project implementation and system enhancements by conducting feasibility assessments, preparing business cases, and securing approvals for project initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT development teams and oversee the complete project lifecycle from conception to delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing, draft test cases, and perform post-implementation quality assurance to ensure objectives are met across various scenarios.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate deliverables within implementation timelines whilst maintaining project momentum and alignment.
- Analyse operational trends, monitor performance metrics, and propose enhancements to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Review and enhance existing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementing improvements with a focus on leveraging AI and automation technologies to reduce manual work.
- Oversee daily operations by approving applications processed by the operations team and vetting correspondence from the public to address their enquiries.
- Provide training and guidance to operations teams on revised procedures and ensure compliance with service policies and standards.

- Relevant experience in project management and operations management, preferably in data management, accounts administration, or financial services environments.
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies, preparing business cases, and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have experience in process improvement initiatives, with demonstrated ability to analyse workflows and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, accounts reconciliation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with statistical or programming software such as STATA or Python would be advantageous.
- Have experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to monitor trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to embrace challenges, drive continuous improvement, and innovate within established frameworks.
- Confident in managing diverse viewpoints and navigating uncertainty whilst maintaining stakeholder alignment.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
