What will you be working on
As a member of the Digital Strategy and Transformation Office within the Retirement Withdrawals Department (RWD), you will drive the development and implementation of cross-cutting digital strategies and products across retirement schemes. Working in a dynamic environment, you will lead initiatives aimed to enhance member journeys and ensure aligned, comprehensive delivery across key retirement milestones, driving greater engagement effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the conceptualisation and implementation of cross-cutting digital products and policy-driven process changes across retirement schemes, ensuring seamless integration of retirement services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance member journeys across key retirement milestones, translating user needs into innovative digital solutions that ensure aligned, comprehensive service delivery.
- Drive change management and communications strategies for RWD's initiatives, while coordinating cross-cutting red teaming efforts to strengthen digital solutions.

Represent the group or department in Board-wide committees.

Prior experience in digital product management or in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in enhancing user experiences through innovative digital solutions.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
